Zaya is a premium, dark-aged rum sourced from the islands of the Caribbean. Purposely crafted with a blend of aged rums, to achieve a seductive nose of baked fruit and spiced vanilla and a smooth palate of caramel and toasted oak. Deep amber in color, the finish is profound and touched with just a hint of smoke.
Zaya Rum is both quality and versatility–something to feel confident about. Whether savoring on the rocks or adding complexity to a cocktail, Zaya is a self-assured rum that can hold its own or play nicely with others depending on what the situation calls for.

SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
