From the ashes of a volcano in Jalisco, Mexico rises an extraordinary spirit that embodies the grit, patience, and optimism needed during this time. Its complexity comes from blending the distinct flavors of the highland and lowland agave, which takes about 3,250 days to ripen before harvest. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of lime.
Volcán de mi Tierra is 100,000 years in the making. Grown in the shadow of a volcano, eruption shaped its terrain and ash created its fertile soil. Tequila Blanco blends its herbal, citrus, and spice notes indicative of the lowlands with fruit notes of cherry, pear, and peach from the highlands.

SCENT & FLAVOR

COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.

NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.

PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
