Introducing Ten To One Uncle Nearest Bourbon Cask Finish Caribbean Dark Rum, In celebration of Black History Month, Ten to One partnered with Uncle Nearest to bring a special edition Caribbean Dark Rum finished in Bourbon Cask Barrels.
This collaboration takes Ten to OneÁ¢€™s premium Caribbean dark rum, an 8-year mix of Barbados, Dominican, and Trinidadian column still rums, and ages them in 1856 Bourbon cask barrels from Uncle Nearest.
Palate:Á‚ Notes of acacia honey, spiced apple, toasted pecan, crÁƒ¨me brÁƒ»lÁƒ©e, black currant, and charred wood.Á‚
Aroma:Á‚ Sweet, notes of vanilla, and pineapple
Alc. Vol:Á‚ 43% (86Á‚º Proof).

SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
