Tickle's Cinnamon is much different than a cinnamon whiskey. Instead of a cinnamon infused, aged whiskey flavor you're going to taste a sweet, less spicy cinnamon candy profile.

Steven Tickle gained a wealth of old-time distilling knowledge from older relatives at a young age in Danville, Virginia. He experimented with recipes on his own ten-gallon still using a turkey fryer, jelly jars for double-thump kegs and a shotgun condenser. Addicted to perfecting his craft, Tickle often states, It gets in your blood. I'll moonshine til the day I die.

SCENT & FLAVOR

COLOR

Deep colour, almost opaque.

NOSE

Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.

PALATE

On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
