Soleil," the French word for Sun, is pure sunshine in a bottle. A blissful blend of luscious juices and premium white wine, graced with light effervescence, Soleil Mimosa (formerly St. Clair Mimosa) is the love-child of French ingenuity and American hard work. Winemaker Herve9 Lescombes relocated from Burgundy, France to Deming, New Mexico in the Mimbres Valley appellation with plans to start a winery. Mimosas, a family tradition, have been a fixture since the winery's beginning in 1981. Over thirty years later, Herve9's sons, Florent and Emmanuel Lescombes, continue this tradition as the family's sixth-generation winemakers.We attribute our pre-mixed Mimosa's success to the Lescombes' drive to think outside of the bottle, dedication to a tradition of unparalleled quality, and the people of the Southwest embracing this unique product. Growing demand and popularity for this festive wine propelled our home-grown Mimosa beyond local markets and onto the national stage. As it took on more life and personality all its own, the brand name changed from St. Clair to Soleil, a reflection of the wine's sunny nature and French heritage. The bold, new, full-color shrink-sleeves stand out from the crowd and capture the essence of Mimosa: fun, fresh, sunny beverages, perfect for any occasion.
