Whether you prefer to go against the grain or cruise the tide, this versatile wheat whisky will hit the spot.

This blend of Scottish and Japanese grain whiskies matured in bourbon, oloroso sherry, and mizunara oak offers a nose of baked lemon, aniseed, gently roasted spices, crispy roast chicken, rock pool minerality, and sandalwood. Light bodied, floral with lemon and lychee, then greater complexity develops as juicy mandarin, dried apricot, and tropical fruits emerge, while peppercorn mounts a rearguard action leaving a citrus and ground-ginger finish

SCENT & FLAVOR

COLOR

Deep colour, almost opaque.

NOSE

Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.

PALATE

On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
