Severo Añejo is deep amber in appearance, alerting tasters to its bold, complex flavor. Small-batch, hand-crafted, hand-numbered 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila. Aged 18 months in White American Oak. Carefully guarded family recipe dating back nearly 100 years.
Its aromatic notes are reminiscent of toasted wood, and fine liqueurs such as cognac, vanilla, and butterscotch. Also present are strikes of dried fruits and citrus peel, along with a nice edge of cardamom. On the palate, it shows a rewarding liqueur-like texture. The finish is strong with a long and sweet tail.

COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
