Brand Description
Matured in a non-climate controlled warehouse, Pike Creek is truly a product of its environment. Resting in oak casks for a minimum of 10 years, while enduring scorching summers and bone-chilling winters, these dramatic swings in temperature give Pike Creek its unmistakable character, flavor and color. After aging for 10 years, Pike Creek is then finished in rum barrels, imbuing it with its rich aroma and subtle butterscotch notes.NOTES OF
SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
