Product Description
Rich and decadent, our Chardonnay is full of pear, melon, and peach flavor. We generally harvest in August with an average Brix of 23.7. The wine is cold fermented in stainless steel and filtered prior to oak aging. Approximately two thirds of the wine was allowed to go through malolactic fermentation to add complexity and a creamy texture. Our blend is 94% Chardonnay with a small amount of Muscat Canelli and Chenin Blanc added for aromatics.Brand Description

SCENT & FLAVOR

COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.

NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.

PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
