Product Description
Blend of 95% of Chardonnay and 5% of Pinot Noir carefully selected across Northern California's finest vineyards, beyond Napa Valley. This sparkling wine has aged on lees for at least 18 months. On the eye: Beautiful straw yellow color with a wonderful effervescence. On the nose: Sublime notes of green apples with both good acidity and pleasant minerality. On the palate: A crisp lemony mousse adds freshness and vitality and finishes with aromas of peaches and apricots. This lively sparkling wine pairs perfectly with appetizers, cheeses, and simple savory food such as grilled meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.NOTES OF
SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
