Skillfully blended and allowed to marry in vats until arriving at the optimal level of harmonization. The art and process of vatting creates an intensely flavorful and full bodied rye whiskey that is greater than the sum of its parts, standing apart from many of the one dimensional ryes on the market.
Maple, Toffee, Mace, Clove, Tobacco, Dried Fruit, and Rye Spice.
Ideal for sipping straight, or as a rich ingredient for classic rye-based cocktails.

SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
