On the lands of our Estate surrounding our Highland home, grows our prized Cadboll barley. This 15-year-old small batch release is a deliciously unique whisky - only the second batch of our single estate single malt created at Glenmorangie, from field to glass.
Glenmorangie is a coastal distillery, which means the local land where our Cadboll barley is grown is protected from hard inland frosts and extremes of weather, almost in its own microclimate. In these conditions, every harvest is unique and brings subtle flavor differences to each batch of The Cadboll Estate.
This second batch has distinctive creamy vanilla candy on the nose, with hints of orange blossom, ginger, and cinnamon alongside poached pear in syrup, and zesty lemon.

SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.

Quinta do Seixo Vintage is a unique expression of this renowned estate, where a combination of soil, slope inclination, sun exposure and reduced amount of available water contribute to the production of intense and complex wines.The 100-year-old vines producing Port create wines full of intensity, character and freshness.
