Straight out the ancestral capital of mezcal, Recuerdo mezcal is a memorable product of our tradition and our culture, in every sense of the word. A smoky flavor is characteristic of the traditional Mezcals of the region, and attribute connoisseurs seek. COOKED WITH CERTIFIED WOOD OVER RIVER ROCKS: The traditional techniques are honored and preserve the environment as well.
Serve straight - Enjoy accompanied with worm salt and a slice of orange, the traditionally simple but perfect drink.

SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
