Product Description
Bright lemon citrus and honeysuckle floral notes with a hint of spice. Delicate richness on the nose. Juicy fresh pineapple, nectarine and crisp Fuji apple. A touch of baking spice adds weight to the palate. Crisp and creamy finish. For this inaugural release of dough Chardonnay, we hand-picked a few small vineyards, then fermented lots separately to allow each vineyard site to express its unique profile. Our goal at blending was to offer a layered, complex wine that is palate pleasing.Brand Description

“Thanks to the characteristics and potential of the vineyards at Quinta do Seixo, it was possible to cut through the strong maturations of this year's harvest. As a result, we produced very balanced and robust wines, with aromatic notes typical of more mature years.” - Luís Sottomayor, head of Sogrape's winemaking
