For over 130 years, Casa San Matias Distillery has been perfecting the art and craft of tequila. Distilled in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, award-winning Corazón Tequila is made from the region’s 100% blue Weber agave by a group of artisans who hold themselves to the highest standards. Staying true to the original family recipe for the spirit, they develop breakthrough techniques for aging and create new ways for tequila lovers to experience the remarkable taste they love. Aromas of earthy roasted pineapple greens blend with sweet vanilla on the inviting nose. Aged at least 36 months in American Oak. Tasting Notes: Ultra-smooth with flavors of oak, tropical fruit and spice melding together to create a sophisticated finish.

NOTES OF
SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
