Our 7 year old, small batch bourbon is crafted using traditional methods and practices. Hand-selected barrels are combined in small batches, paying close considerations for nose, character, and finish. This premium 7 year old Kentucky straight bourbon recently won Platinum at the 2021 SIP International Tasting Competition and Gold, in the same year, at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition; proving this champ deserves a place in your collection.

SCENT & FLAVOR
COLOR
Deep colour, almost opaque.
NOSE
Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
PALATE
On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.
